Once we define your needs, constraints & opportunities, I present a few realistic options &work with you to define as many of the unknowns as possible. Over the last decade, I watched our population in the Phoenix Metro Area grow, decline and regain strength over my 10yr+ real estate career in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market. I survived and thrived during the economic downturn & housing bust, embracing the changes by listing REOs & short sales and emerging with a very healthy business. I’ve seen more wild real estate scenarios than many agents see in a lifetime- really. I always have a story to tell…
As a result, I know how to plan appropriately to circumvent potential seller AND buyer transaction pitfalls, maximize your opportunities so you can achieve your goals. I’m likely to spot red flags long before they become deal-breakers and can quickly adjust to keep the transaction on course. That alone has been worth its weight in gold to many clients.
I’ve made it my priority to know as much as possible about all of the pieces of the process (and each changes) to help validate all the bits of info you receive during the process. Sure, there are other professionals who will be part of the journey, but by helping you screen and navigate them, I know what’s on or off track and my clients have a better transaction experience and higher satisfaction. My knowledge and relationships span the lending process, title search, inspections/repairs, transition processes- and beyond.
That being said, though I have many partnerships and established relationships, I don’t pressure my clients to use them. If you have someone you trust, or someone who comes highly recommended, great! My goal is to give you the info you need to manage what may be your largest asset. You shouldn’t feel bad about making your own decisions. Though, if I see you making a choice that may hurt you in the long run, I make sure you’re aware of the risks will provide you with accurate information so you can choose the best option to meet your pre-defined goals.

I have a BBA (business degree) from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, one of the top schools in the US and applicable career experience in project management, marketing and advertising. I’ve worked with all types of clients from high-net worth, investment savvy professionals, to novice, first-timers & everywhere in between. As a result, I’m extremely capable of negotiating transactions, crunching numbers and leading you to real estate success- however YOU define it!
I firmly believe in utilizing technology to make the process easier for everyone. You’ll rarely find me without a phone, iPad or laptop. Whether you’re a local client, in another state or overseas, I have many invaluable tools to complete a transaction like DocuSign (digital signatures), Dropbox ( sharing/storing files, receipts or other info), Skype/FaceTime for communication, regardless of where in the world you are when the deal is on. I have many more tools & apps, but these are the ones I use most frequently. I can also recommend a few tools/apps that will make your life much easier through a sale.
