The light rail runs north/south through this bustling corridor, connecting North-central to downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport, ASU & beyond. The light rail helps ease the travel congestion and runs down Central Avenue to downtown. It’s an easy way to travel from Camelback to downtown Phoenix to the airport and ASU. In between, There are restaurants, shops, museums, antique shops, sports arenas and everything else in between. Once you decide what you want to have in your neighborhood, you can start to seek a home that will suit your lifestyle.

Nearby, historic districts including Willo, Encanto-Palmcroft, Woodlea, Yaple & several others, make this part of Phoenix a very desirable place to be. They’re the closest thing to what Phoenix was when it was developed in the early part of the 20th century & are very charming areas enjoyed by people at all stages of life. They tend to be a little pricey due to influx of development over the last several years. Going north to North Central Phoenix & beyond, east toward the Coronado District or Biltmore/Camelback Corridor might give you a few more affordable options.
