Gainey Ranch is a master-planned community in central Scottsdale. Just east of Scottsdale Road, between Mountain View Road and Eastwood Roads, Gainey Ranch is home to the Hyatt Regency Hotel Scottsdale and the Gainey Ranch Golf Club. It is a small community noted for its lush landscaping, manned, guard-gates and the abundance of boutiques and recognized restaurants in the Shops at Gainey Village.

Gainey Ranch Rd circles the majority of this community, where The Enclave, The Legend, Pavilions, Gainey Center Drive, The Estates and the Golf Villas are a few of the neighborhoods within Mountain View Rd. to the north, Scottsdale Rd. to the west and Doubletree Ranch Rd., to the south. Here, residents often gather for fitness, recreation and social events at the Daniel C. Gainey Estate Club. To the north of Mountain View Road, is North Meadow, an offshoot of the community. It is outside of the manned gates, but still gated. South of Doubletree Ranch Road, additional communities, including Vaquero Drive, Arroyo Vista, and the Gainey Village Casitas offer the similar feel of the main community.

I highly recommend a staycation at the Hyatt for the 4th of July! It is tons of fun and the fireworks are fantastic! Gainey Ranch residents receive discounts for the hotel and Spa Avania, which is ranked one of the best in town! 

In Gainey Ranch, there are many living options. From tidy condos, to lush patio homes and gorgeous estates, there is a home for everyone here! Though the Shops at Gainey Village are closest to home, just down the way in McCormick Ranch, there are equally as many good options at Mercado Del Lago at Hayden and Via De Ventura (Doubletree Ranch Road becomes Via De Ventura, near Rotary Park.

Across the street from the Hyatt, The Village at Gainey Ranch fitness club has long established itself as a place where the well-heeled meet to stay fit. Gainey Ranch is one of my favorite places to visit. Many clients have called Gainey home and while many properties are assumed to be primarily second-homes, that is changing. It's proximity to major medical facilities (Honor Health- Shea & Mayo Clinic), freeways and overall central location within Metro Phoenix, make Gainey Ranch a great spot to live, work and play. In fact, you might see Charles Barkley, one of its better known residents, meandering around!
