When buying real estate, most buyers want a deal (who doesn't). But most of the time deals don't just jump right out at you. You have to know exactly what you want, because let's face it- one man's (or woman's) trash, is another's treasure. So, it pays to have someone do the hunting and find the deals for you. Here are recently found listings that I think might fit the bill.

Remember: Deals come at all ages, sizes and prices and range from the little teeny weeny home in the not-the-fanciest neighborhood that delivers killer rents to the custom-built estate in "that neighborhood" that's ultra exclusive.
